Touch plans

A is your follow-up rhythm, saved once. Each touch is one mailing: which postcard goes out, and how many days after the starts. Day 0 says hello, day 14 reminds, day 45 closes.

One card is a hello. Three cards is a reputation.

Building one

  1. Open Campaigns → Touch plans and hit New touch plan.
  2. Name it for the job it does — "Storm-season follow-up", "New-roof neighbors".
  3. Add your touches: pick the day for each one, and optionally the postcard artwork and size. You can leave artwork blank here and choose it when you build the campaign — the rhythm is the plan; the artwork is per-campaign.
  4. Want it to repeat? Flip Repeat the sequence and set the gap between cycles.
  5. In a hurry? Tap Start from the 3-touch starter — Day 0 / Day 14 / Day 45, ready to tweak.

Using one

When you build a campaign, pick the plan and Quillus schedules every touch for you. Touch two costs you nothing but patience.

Editing is safe. A campaign takes its own copy of the plan when you create it. Change or delete the plan later — running campaigns never move.

Scheduled Sends

See every send your campaigns have queued up — when it runs, who it reaches, what it costs — and pause any of it before it mails.

An audience is a mailing list you build once and mail again and again — by hand, or with smart filters that refresh on your terms.

Snap a photo with a happy customer and Quillus mails it as a postcard to the nearby homes most like theirs.

One offer for the whole street — and the discount climbs every time a neighbor claims it. Early birds never lose; the block does your selling.
