Scheduled sends

Set the cadence once — Quillus remembers so you don't have to. → Upcoming sends is where you see everything that's queued to mail.

What you're looking at

Every upcoming send across all your campaigns, in date order. Each row shows:

  • When it runs — the exact date.
  • Which touch it is — "Touch 1" is the first card those neighbors get, "Touch 2" the follow-up, and so on.
  • Which campaign it belongs to, how many homes it reaches, and the estimated cost.

Nothing on this page is a surprise: every send was priced when you built the campaign, and this is your running preview of what's coming.

Staying in control

  • Tap any row to open its campaign — that's where you can change or pause things.
  • A paused tag means that campaign is on hold: its sends stay listed but won't mail until you resume it.

Why touches matter

One card gets you noticed. Two or three get you called. Spacing touches days or weeks apart keeps your name in the kitchen-drawer pile without blowing the budget — and the schedule runs itself.

Tip: glance at this page after payday jobs. If a good neighborhood's last touch already ran, that's your cue to build the next campaign there.

Touch Plans

A touch plan is your follow-up rhythm, saved once — which card goes out on which day. Build it here, reuse it on every campaign.

An audience is a mailing list you build once and mail again and again — by hand, or with smart filters that refresh on your terms.

Snap a photo with a happy customer and Quillus mails it as a postcard to the nearby homes most like theirs.

One offer for the whole street — and the discount climbs every time a neighbor claims it. Early birds never lose; the block does your selling.
