How a Quillus campaign works

You just finished a great job. Quillus turns that into your next one.

Here is the whole idea in four steps:

  1. Take a photo. Snap a picture with your happy customer in front of the work you did.
  2. We build the postcard. Quillus drops your photo, your logo, and a short message onto a ready-made design. You can tweak the words or use ours.
  3. We pick the homes. We mail it to the houses right around that job — the neighbors most likely to want the same work. No mailing lists to buy, no spreadsheets. (Prefer more control? You can also target with filters — distance, neighborhood, who's scanned before — or reuse a saved audience you've already built.)
  4. They reach out. Each card has a QR code and a simple offer. When a neighbor scans it, that lead shows up in your account.

That's it. One finished job becomes a stack of postcards in the exact neighborhood where you just proved you do great work.

Set it and forget it

A campaign doesn't have to be a single send. You can plan several touches — the same neighbors hearing from you more than once, days or weeks apart — and even set the whole thing to repeat on a schedule. Before anything mails, you see exactly which homes are included and what each send will cost, and you can set a budget cap so it never spends more than you planned.

Found a rhythm that works? Save it as a touch plan and start your next campaign from it with one tap — or grab the ready-made 3-touch starter and tweak from there.

Tip: the best time to start a campaign is the day you finish a job, while the truck is still in the driveway and the photo looks fresh.
