Designing your postcard

You don't start from a blank page. You start from a design that already works.

Pick a style

Open the gallery and choose a look you like. Each one is already filled in with your brand — your logo, your colors, your fonts — because Quillus learned them from your website when you signed up.

Pick the imagery

Every design can show a real picture of each neighbor's own street — or a satellite view — right on the card. One switch at the top of the gallery flips the imagery for every design at once. Prefer a professional look instead? There's a set of ready-made photos shot for your trade (a crew on the roof at golden hour, a fresh-cut lawn, an agent at the front door) you can drop in with one tap.

Make it yours

Swap in the photo from your job. Keep the words we suggest, tweak them, or tap AI Assist to write them for you — it has ready-made lines for your trade you can mix and match, or it can write about your business specifically. You'll see a preview of the real card as you go.

What's already handled

A few things you don't have to think about:

  • Your logo sits in the corner automatically.
  • A QR code with your offer is built in, so neighbors can act in one tap.
  • The card is sized and laid out to mail correctly — no guesswork about margins or the address area.

Save it

When it looks right, save it. You can reuse that design for future jobs, or start a fresh one any time.

Tip: the photo does the heavy lifting. A bright, real picture of your finished work (with the happy customer in it) beats any stock image.
