Your dashboard at a glance
The home screen answers one question: are my postcards working? Here's how to read it.
The four numbers (last 30 days)
- Mailers sent — how many cards went out.
- Unique scans — how many different cards got scanned. Someone held your card and pointed their
phone at it — that's real interest.
- Scan rate — scans divided by sends. If you mailed 100 and 10 scanned, that's 10%.
- Median days to scan — how fast people respond. Lower is better.
Each card has a little arrow comparing this month to last month — green means the number moved the
right way.
The lists below
- Recent orders — your latest sends; tap one to see every card in it.
- Top-scanning mailers — the individual cards getting the most scans.
- Top templates — which designs earn the best scan rate. Mail more of what's winning.
The big chart
Sends vs Scans shows the last 90 days side by side — a rising scans line that tracks your sends
line means the neighborhoods are responding.
Tip: check Top templates before every new send. If one design is pulling twice the scan rate,
that's the one to mail next.
