A mailer is one printed postcard on its way to one home. An order might contain a hundred of them — and you can follow every single one.
Open Mailers and you'll see every card you've sent on a map. Each pin is one home, colored by where the card is in its journey — printing, in transit, out for delivery, delivered. A gold pin means that home scanned your card. Four numbers up top: Sent, Delivered, Scanned, and your Scan rate.
A mailer's page shows the actual postcard that was printed (tap Open to see the full PDF), when it was sent, how many times its QR was scanned, and how many days until the first scan.
An order is one checkout; the mailers are the cards inside it. Your order page lists each mailer with its status, so you can watch a fresh send fan out card by card.
Tip: a delivered-but-not-scanned neighborhood isn't a failure — it's a follow-up list. Mail it again with a different design or offer.
