Effective June 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quillus, a service operated by B2 Holdings LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Quillus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including www.quillus.com and the Quillus application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read the “Arbitration and Class Action Waiver” section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved.
Quillus lets you select neighborhoods and addresses, design postcards, and have them printed and mailed on your behalf, with a unique QR code per card for engagement tracking. Printing and mailing are performed by our third-party print/mail partner.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Quillus, and you use it for business purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and current.
You are solely responsible for the campaigns you send and the recipients you choose. You represent and warrant that:
For recipient data you upload, you act as the controller of that data and Quillus acts as your service provider, processing it solely to print and mail your cards on your instructions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may review, refuse, or remove content, and may apply automated content moderation, to protect the Service, recipients, and the public.
Quillus is pay-per-use: you are charged per postcard (and any applicable options) at the time you send a campaign, via Stripe using the card on file. Prices are shown before you send. Because cards are printed and mailed promptly, sends are generally non-refundable once submitted, except where a card fails to print or is rejected, in which case the affected amount is refunded per our refund handling. Taxes may apply.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Quillus a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and print that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to render and mail your postcards). Imagery shown on cards and in the app may be provided by Google Maps Platform and is subject to Google’s terms.
Quillus relies on third parties including PostGrid (print/mail), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and Google Maps Platform (imagery). Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, mailbox delivery, scan rates, or campaign results. Mail delivery is performed by the USPS and is outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quillus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Quillus in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Quillus and B2 Holdings LLC harmless from claims arising out of the content you send, the recipients you select, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Please read this section carefully. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, you and Quillus agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. The arbitration will take place in Ohio or be conducted remotely, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
You and Quillus agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing Quill@Quillus.com with your name, account email, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
You may stop using Quillus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
