Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using Quillus, a service operated by B2 Holdings LLC. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using Quillus you agree to follow this AUP. We may update it from time to time.

Use Quillus lawfully

You agree to use Quillus only for lawful business purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including USPS mailing rules, advertising and consumer-protection laws, and the rules of the third-party services Quillus relies on.

Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, or mail content that:

• is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;
• is harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or that incites violence;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property or privacy right;
• depicts or promotes sexually explicit material, illegal drugs, weapons, or other prohibited goods and services;
• impersonates another person or business or misrepresents your affiliation; or
• contains malware, or links intended to phish, defraud, or harm recipients.

Fair housing and anti-discrimination

If your mailings relate to housing, real estate, lending, or insurance, you must comply with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws. You may not target, select, or exclude recipients on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic, and you may not include content that expresses such a preference or limitation. Quillus applies safeguards around protected-class data, but compliance for your campaigns is ultimately your responsibility.

Recipient data and consent

You are responsible for the recipients you mail. You must:

• have the legal right to use each mailing address and any recipient data you upload;
• not upload lists you are contractually or legally barred from using;
• honor opt-out and do-not-mail requests promptly; and
• not use Quillus to harvest, scrape, or compile personal data for resale or for purposes unrelated to your own mailings.

Protect the Service

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, copy, resell, or redistribute Quillus data, including any prospect, address, imagery, or template data;
• reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, content moderation, or other security or abuse controls;
• abuse free samples, promotions, or referral mechanics, or create accounts to evade limits or bans;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or access it through automated means except as we expressly permit; or
• use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or our partners.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review content and account activity, and we use automated content moderation, to enforce this AUP. We may refuse, hold, or remove content, cancel a send, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or the Terms, with or without notice, to protect the Service, recipients, and the public. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
